How to eat Thistles

1.Cut down a Thistle that has just passed purple stage

2.Peel the prickles of of the head of the Thistle

3.Pull out the white fluffy stuff

4.Look for the white thistle nut that's a little larger than a 5 cent coin

5.Eat the nut and make sure you enjoy it
